Spread your ingredients on a cookie sheet then poor white chocolate or vanilla almond bark over the top and tada! Super tasty and you can tailor it to yourself and put your favorites in it. Enjoy :)

Candy Corn Pudding Pops

Candy Corn Pudding Pops

Here is what you will need to get started:
Makes 10 Pudding Pops

• Popsicle Mold and Popsicle Sticks
• Small box (3.3 oz) Instant Jello Pudding – White Chocolate Flavor for white layer
• Large Box (5.1 oz) Instant Jello Pudding - Vanilla Flavor for yellow and orange layer
• Honey
• Red and Yellow food coloring
• 4 cups of milk

Step 1: Prepare White Chocolate Jello by mixing pudding mix with 1 1/2 cups of cold milk. Note: This is less milk than the box directions call for. This makes the pudding pops richer and creamier. Stir in 1 teaspoon of honey and transfer pudding mixture to a large plastic baggie.

Step 2: Prepare Vanilla Pudding by mixing pudding mix with 2 1/2 cups of cold milk. Again, a little less than the box calls for. Stir in two teaspoons of honey and divide pudding into two bowls.

Step 3: Color one bowl with yellow food coloring, adding just a few drops at a time. Next, color the other bowl orange by combing yellow and red food coloring. Transfer the yellow and orange pudding to a plastic baggie.

Step Four: Snip corner of plastic baggies and squeeze pudding into popsicle molds. Start with white layer and finish with yellow. Tap mold on counter between layers to reduce air bubbles and level the mixture.

Step Five: Freeze pudding pops 2-3 hours or overnight.

These are so fun to make, and the touch of honey in the pudding gives them a real candy corn flavor!

Down Syndrome awareness month!

It's Down Syndrome awareness month! Help support local families by purchasing a premium starter kit this month. 10% of proceeds will go to help a local Down Syndrome Organization that provides helpful information and support to parents of children with Down Syndrome.  They were a huge help and very informative during my pregnancy and afterwards. I have learned so much! I will be sharing some fun facts about Down Syndrome throughout the month. I want to spread so much awareness that all that will be left is acceptance!

Packing

who knew that packing could be such a pain in the butt! I have found that the Out of Milk app is extremely helpful. It helps to keep me organized and allows my husband to add to it if I forget something. Of course its the same thing for our shopping lists and its AWESOME!! Now that I have the list done though, I have to wash all of our clothes and get outfits together for everyone. In addition to normal packing this trip we have a wedding to attend too so have to bring dressy shoes and the whole shindig. should be a fun time thought. Well on that note I wont be posting the next few days but feel free to contact me and comment with your recipes.
